Meet the Krew
Born and raised in Skokie, IL, Josh Liberman’s professional journey is marked by a unique blend of athletic discipline, entrepreneurial spirit, and artistic flair. His early days at Northern Illinois University, where he was part of the football program, laid the foundation for his team-oriented approach and dedication.
After college, Josh channeled his energy into the entrepreneurial world, founding AG Gutter Company in Chicago. His venture specializes in high-end projects, demonstrating his commitment to quality and excellence in the business realm.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Josh is also a skilled restoration artist. He focuses primarily on restoring antique anvils and shop workbenches, a craft that showcases his meticulous attention to detail and reverence for historical craftsmanship. Additionally, his blacksmithing talents enable him to create a variety of unique and remarkable artisanal pieces.
In his free time, Josh is an avid sports fan, passionately following his beloved Chicago Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks. His commitment to community and love of animals is evident through his volunteer work at a local dog rescue shelter. Josh also finds solace in nature, spending hours hiking with his dog, Winston.
Ian Andrusyk began his entrepreneurial journey in the late 1990s, during his high school years, by founding PowerSurge Technologies, which would evolve into FastServers.Net. Prioritizing this venture’s growth, he left Iowa State University in 2001, steering it to become a notable player in the tech industry. This strategic focus led to the acquisition of FastServers.Net by Dallas-based Layered Technologies in 2008.
After FastServers.Net, Ian expanded his business interests, including co-ownership of the Norse Bar, a well-known craft beer establishment in Chicago. In 2018, following the sale of the bar, he relocated from Chicago to New Orleans. During this period, Ian enhanced his education at The Institute of Caro & Cuervo in Bogotá, Colombia before returning to his entrepreneurial roots by establishing The Yggdrasill Group Property Company and forming the New Orleans half of The ChiNOLA Syndicate.
In addition to his business endeavors, Ian Andrusyk is a passionate marathon runner and sports fan. He enjoys exploring the U.S. on camping road trips with his wife, Julie, and their dog, Ellie. Additionally, he spends several weeks each year at their condo in Medellín, Colombia.
